Uses/Solutions:

Equipment for use as part of a three compartment sink warewashing program.

Directions for Use:

• Mount the dispenser to the sanitizer sink and position the faucet over the sanitizer dispenser.
• Turn on the water then plug and fill the sink.
• Turn off the water and remove the dispenser to a designated storage location.

Directions for Storage

• When done filling, remove the dispenser from sink
• Tip the dispenser to pour out excess water from the drip tray
• Store dispenser on a solid shelf to avoid dripping

Water Requirements:

For proper dispensing rates water temperature from the faucet should be between 110oF and 140oF and between 4 to 8 gallons per minute.
