How To Use
  • Install a Rinse Max dispenser and adjust it to automatically dispense the proper amount of product.
  • To load product into the dispenser, remove the cover of product container and open the cover of the dispenser. Then invert the product container and hold over the dispenser. Press firmly on the bottom of the container until the product pops out and drops into the dispenser.
  • Add more product to the dispenser when the product level inside the dispenser drops below the "add product" line.

Set Up and Machine Detergent Dosing:

  1. Set detergent level to produce clean results under customer conditions, including procedures.
  2. Be sure machine is in optimal working order:
    • Machine free of excess lime scale deposits
    • Wash jets, drains and screens clear
    • Warm arm end caps and o-rings installed and tight
    • All curtains installed, correct size and in good condition
    • Rinse nozzles clear and not worn
    • Wash and rinse temperatures at proper settings
    • Water pressure at proper level
  3. In high hardness or high TDS accounts, use Keystone Apex HD. Use Keystone Fast Drying R/A for accounts with high percentage of plastics.

Balancing Rinse Additive:

  1. Start Rinse Additive dose at mid-point of recommended range.
  2. Adjust dosage so that water sheets off of the ware instead of beading. Use glass and flatware to check results. The flatter the water on the ware, the faster it will dry and less likely to leave spots or streaks
