Bacteria

1. Wet hands with warm running water
2. Apply hand soap and thoroughly distribute over hands
3. Rub hands vigorously for at least 20 seconds (as long as it takes to sing "Happy Birthday" twice)
4. Clean under fingernails and between fingers
5. Rinse hands thoroughly under running water
6. Dry well with a single use paper towel
7. Turn off faucet using paper towel.
