Effective Against/On:

Grease and other heavy food soils

1. Sink One - Fill sink with hot water (110˚ - 120˚F). Adjust amount of product up or down according to soil loads.
2. Sink Two - Immerse pots and pans in clean water. Remove and let excess water run back into sink.
3. Sink Three - Fill sink with warm (75˚ - 100˚F) water. Use a sanitizing rinse, following directions on label. Meter rinsing, remove, drain and air dry. Do not wipe.

• Light soil: 1.25 oz (3 drops) / 20 gallon sink
• Medium soil: 2.5 oz (4 drops) / 20 gallon sink
• Heavy soil: 3.5 oz (7 drops) / 20 gallon sink
