1. Sink One: Fill sink using 1 oz per 3 gallons of hot water. Adjust amount of product up or down according to soil loads.
2. Sink Two: Immerse ware into clean water. Let excess water run back into sink.
3. Sink Three: Fill sink with warm water. Use an appropriate food contact sanitizer and follow the directions on the label. Let air dry, do not wipe.
